Art and Soul

Art and Soul group with their Stone Arch Bridge paintingsCreativity and Mission come together!

Embrace your creativity! Spend time with your friends! Take all the space you need! Artand Soul is where creative expression and a heart for mission come together at Faith. Folks come to make cards, knit, crochet, paint, scrapbook, work on a personal project or just hang out and chat. There are also projects you can work on that help people in need –- baby blankets, prayer shawls, greeting cards and mittens, to name a few. Most importantly, there are people to help you learn the crafts -– absolutely no artistic ability is required!

We plan to end this year with a bang! Our next event will be a crafting and potluck gathering on Saturday, December 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring your favorite project and a food and beverage. If you don't have a project, that's OK; we always have several extra projects that you can work on. We will get together for fun and crafting and a potluck meal.

So far two events are planned for 2018; both will be crafter's choice on whatever project you want to work on. The events will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fanuary 28 and February 24 (both are Saturdays). As always, we will have plenty of things to do if you want to participate, so come and bring friends.

All events are in the church's Fellowship Hall. If you have any questions, contact the church office or team leaders Teresa Krinke and Denise Wells.
